1. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni robot vacuum-mop is the most recent in the Ecovacs range of hybrid robot vacuum mops. This model that is wet-dry is fitted with Ecovacs' Bagotte BG600: Upgraded Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop AIVI 3D 2.0 lidar system that provides improved mapping and obstacles avoidance. It uses dual laser LiDAR that is similar to that found in self-driving vehicles. It can scan an area that is up to 32 feet by 360 degrees. This results in more precise mapping as well as faster response time and higher cleaning accuracy.

It also features an adjustable mopping pad made of chenille fabric, which makes it easier to scrub hard spots than traditional mop. It had some trouble with rugs but, generally the vacuum cleaner is perfect for rooms with floors of different types as well as a mixture of pets.

It is a bit pricey but if you're able to afford it, it's a great purchase for those who want to leave their home hands-free to go about other tasks or take care of chores. The A4s Pro also offers a useful auto cleaning mode that boosts suction power to handle tough dirt and spills, and it comes with batteries that power the ElectroWall that lets you define boundaries where the robot isn't allowed to access.

This budget-friendly model from a well-known new brand is the most affordable we've tested and provides incredible value for the money. The basic navigation system employs an extremely basic random pathing algorithm that isn't equipped with room mapping capabilities, which makes it less efficient than the other models on this list. It's still able get under furniture and into corners. Its mopping mode performed very well in our tests and picked up hairs that were straying and other debris.

Shark's iQ might not be as durable however, it's better in cleaning pet hair off all surfaces. It gets rid of floors with less efficiently and does a decent job on low-pile carpet and also utilizes smart-pathing navigational technology to provide superior maneuverability.
